Project Description:
The project aims to identify suitable AI business cases for the RA-CMC department by evaluating high-level business processes. Collaboration will take place with global and local RA-CMC managers. The project involves managing and planning all operational activities necessary to analyze these processes and develop appropriate AI business case ideas.

In the second phase, potential AI business cases will be assessed with the designated IT service provider to determine feasibility.

Requirements:

• Process Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing high-level business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• CMC Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory affairs and compliance (RA-CMC) within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate remote collaboration.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Process Visualization: Expertise in visualizing complex business processes clearly and effectively for better understanding and analysis.
