Introduction:

The project focuses on generating data-driven insights to support strategic and tactical decisions during the later phases of the pharmaceutical value chain. A central objective is the development of Synthetic AI Personas based on Knowledge Graphs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance the Customer & Launch Experience of innovative pharmaceutical products.

Tasks:

• Independently develop code and machine learning models based on user feedback
• Implement application features aligned with BI architecture and coding standards
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Diagnose and resolve bugs and issues, escalating only when necessary
• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
• Design and build Synthetic AI Personas using Knowledge Graphs and RAG
• Leverage advanced technologies (e.g., LLMs, Graph RAGs, vector databases)
• Continuously refine development processes to align with biomedical needs
• Deliver AI-driven insights to support pharma product development
• Ensure handover of code and models to BI for review and quality compliance

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, particularly with LLMs, synthetic personas, and graph technologies
• Proficiency in Python, AngularJS, graph databases, RAG, and tools like FAISS
• Experience in the pharma/biomedical domain is highly preferred
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, data validation, modular datasets, and caching strategies
