As Project Lead you will manage the team of professionals executing email campaigns (as a part of IMPLEX) based on internal stakeholders’ requirements.
You will be the first point of contact for the business and responsible (together with the team) for overall governance and evolution of email as a channel and management of the team.

Description:
• Expand the current portfolio of email/journey templates by templatizing the local solutions in order to have these as a part of the global offering, coming up with new ideas and journeys to expand the journey portfolio;
• Optimize the work of the current IMPLEX M3Suite team especially when it comes to the following aspects:
o Communication with the stakeholders (markets, regional and global);
o Optimize the existing request management process, namely the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from requirements analysis to go-live and hyper-care;
o Provide initial consultancy services to the IMPLEX requestor(s);
o Provide insights to the omnichannel requests delivery process as a part of
the whole IMPLEX set-up. Secure e2e process for the M3Suite deliverables as a part of that process.
• Generate meaningful analyses and recommendations to GCE and Omnichannel Excellence LT when with regards to the email as a channel
further development;
• Participate in sprint activities, in line with an agile delivery framework;
• Deliver high-quality documentation to consult the channel operations incl.
request related documents, materials for Key Users and markets etc.
• Present the outcomes of work, as well as the status update to stakeholders on various level in GBI&E and IT organizations (as needed)
