Project description
• Strategic and operational management of a defined Rx product portfolio from launch to tender launch across all channels.
• Planning, conception, coordination, implementation and control of efficient marketing and communication measures for the product launch for professionals and end users as well as for the launch of the strategically most important tenders
• Implementation and strategic development of the dual-brand strategy for all Rx topics in the field of marketing.
• Conceptual management of marketing activities, which are implemented separately in both brands.
• Implementation and performance monitoring of Rx topics from the dual-brand strategy for the customer
• Identification of digital opportunities in order to implement all measures more efficiently, in a more targeted and cost-optimized manner.
• Development, implementation and control of concepts and digital strategies for physician communication in line with marketing goals, including physician sample management for existing products
• Market and competitor analyses
• Responsibility of packaging from a marketing point of view
• Ensuring that our activities are aligned with the company’s goals and brand guidelines.

Requirements
• Ideally 2 – 3 years of professional experience in the field of e-commerce, B2B communication, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
• Proven track record in developing and executing Rx communication strategies
• Reliable knowledge of German health care, policy, the generic drug market and market mechanisms, e.g. Tender
• In-depth experience in the conception and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns
• Experience in leading cross-functional project teams
• Extensive knowledge of digital and analogue sales processes
• Experience in working with sales and logistics
• Fluent in German and English
