Shopper & Customer Marketing Management: You will take over responsibility for our POS campaigns on our key brand franchise Vigantol in the DACH country cluster. To drive growth, you will create a holistic POS strategy, based on solid market insights and will lead your strategy through-out its lifecycle, including execution. In a crossfunctional role between Marketing and Sales you will act as single point of contact and will orchestrate the communication between both functions and will drive all Shopper Market-ing topics towards our global marketing teams. Your key goals: visibility, promotion, recommen-dation, innovation and most of all: Winning with our shoppers and customers from the phar-macy and wholesale space.
Innovation & Change management projects: Being a stricly regulated market, innovation in activation mechanisms for the pharmacy chan-nel is rare. You will identify best-practices from other industries and develop and roll-out in-mar-ket tests for new ways of POS activation in the pharmacy channel. You are a true entrepreneur and will lead POS innovation that sets new standards within our Shopper & Customer Marketing organisation. At the same time Merck’s Consumer Health business is amids a fundamental transition process which you will actively support and drive for the Shopper & Customer Marketing Team.
• Pharma OTC or FMCG > 5 yrs.
• Trade/Shopper/Customer Marketing > 5 yrs.
• Worked for multinational organisations > 5 yrs.
• Powerpoint & Excel Skills > 5 yrs.
• Brand Marketing B2B / B2C – nice to have
• Sales / Key Account Management – nice to have
• English & German: business fluent
