Description

Brief description of the project tasks
• Trains/ supports the sites in executing transformations or burning platform projects
• Owns elements of the operating system and develops standards correspondingly
• Rolls out global OPEX standards (esp. mandatory elements) across the network
• Conducts OPEX trainings and maturity assessments
• Drives change management
• Manages administrative processes of the OPEX team, e.g., maintaining the OPEX
• Supports the development of global OPEX standards and trainings
• Runs the global OPEX community and OPEX performance management calls
• Monitors committed savings liaising with SBE global counter part
• Administrates gathering of best practices and ensures sharing via SharePoint / OpEx community
• Runs the OpEx strategy deployment in alignment with global SBE and OpUs/ Sites

Requirements

• Experience with operational excellence projects and change management in international organizations (production environments)
• Willing to travel to the production site in USA regularly
• Have ESTA travel requirements
• German/English fluency required
