Supporting the responsible Global HRBP when it comes to global outsourcing of single employees within the Facility Management Department (world wide except Germany)
• Being part of the FM HR Project Team and therefore the first HR contact to the internal FM colleagues for HR relevant activities.
• Contact to local HRBPs regarding employee data and communication
• Contact to HR employees of the outsourcing partner regarding data exchange and meeting scheduling
• Supports the complete team when it comes to TUPE (Transfers of undertakings „Betriebsübergang“) (Preparation of necessary documents for the works councils and the Euroforum, Systempreparation, etc.)
HR Business Partnering > 5 yrs
TUPE Experience (Betriebsübergang Europa) > 5 yrs.
SAP/MS Office (application knowledge) > 5 yrs
