Strategic Consultant:

Tasks

  • Marketing & Communication Expert to create and implement global marketing and communications activities to drive strategic HR topics
  • Consulting/advice on key messages, channel usage, and influence design to execute communication objectives in line with our HR identity and Communications/Branding governance
  • Coordination and production of internal marketing and communication campaigns and materials (online and offline), taking the needs and perspectives of various stakeholders into account
  • Designing and implementing change & communication initiatives to support the HR Strategy 2022 implementation, either through leading own projects or contributing to larger initiatives
  • Coordinate independently, clarify and align content with HR colleagues, including members of the HR leadership team

Skills

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Human Resources, with at least 5 years work experience in Marketing and/or (Change) Communication
  • Experience in positioning concepts, change management & content marketing
  • Experience in designing and implementing marketing or change and communications measures
  • Adaptability, agility, and capability to deal with and communicate change effectively
  • Affinity to and understanding of digital channels and platforms
  • Strong PowerPoint, presentation and text writing skills
  • Background or experience in communicating HR topics, particularly in the Talent and Development area is preferred
  • Proactive mindset and ability to drive outcomes with a sense of ownership
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and spoken)
  • English – business fluent
  • German – business fluent

  • Availability: 4-5 days/week (80% onsite, 20% remote)

 

Operational Consultant:

Tasks

  • Global HR Marketing & Communication Specialist to create, implement and continuously improve global marketing and communications activities to drive strategic HR topics
  • Advice on key messages, channel usage, and influence design to execute communication objectives in line with the HR identity and Communications/Branding governance.
  • Coordinate and produce strategic internal marketing and communication campaigns and materials (online and offline), as well as recommend improvements to provide an outstanding online experience for users.
  • Supporting marketing and communications activities for a variety of HR tools and processes.

Skills

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Human Resources, with at least 3 years of work experience in Marketing and/or (Change) Communications
  • Background or experience in communicating HR topics, particularly in the Talent and Development area is preferred
  • Adaptability, agility, and capability to deal with and communicate change effectively
  • Proactive mindset and ability to drive outcomes with a sense of ownership
  • Strong PowerPoint, presentation and text writing skills
  • English – business fluent
