Project description:
The BI IT Enterprise Data & Platforms Scrum and Agile Coaching Chapter wants to the build & shape a product centric organization.

Project task:
Gather information from the IT EDP transformation team, the relevant product teams and leaders to prepare and conduct workshops for the product teams & leadership
Consulting the IT EDP transformation team and the Scrum and Agile Coaching Chapter on the way forward for the Agile transformation
Consulting the product teams & providing recommendations on improvements of new agile methodologies & implementing this for the product team, explaining to the Product teams how to make further improvements and how to implement new strategies.

Must have:
Scaling to the big programs and upskilling several teams in parallel
Good stakeholder management
Agile coach

Nice to have:
Data Science background
AWS Cloud background
Data Ecosystem background

Important information
Start: 04.09.2023 (mid-September at the latest)
Duration: 12 months
Extensive: fulltime, 4-5 days per week (40 hours per week)
100% remote, five workshops per year on site in Ingelheim
